Everything you need to know

Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament states that you as a customer have the full right to cancel any order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. You may return any item to us within 14 days for a refund (or replacement), provided the product is unopened, unworn or unused and is returned with all accessories, batteries or free gifts.

We ask that you inspect all items immediately upon receipt and notify Discountparadise.nl as soon as possible if any of your goods are defective. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately, please ensure that you have received the correct product and that it is working properly as soon as possible after receiving the package.

If our lingerie or clothing items do not fit, you can simply return them to us for a refund or replacement. Please take care when trying on as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged during trying on. For hygienic reasons, we ask you to keep your own underwear underneath when trying on lingerie or clothing. When returning items, please keep all tags and labels intact and return them in the original packaging. If they are broken or removed, we cannot accept the returned product.

Unless the returned items are defective, you must return them to us at your own expense. We will only issue a full refund if the product is received back by us and is found to be defective.
